Our professional team will carry out cleaning to high standards. But in an event where you are not satisfied with the clean, please send photos via Email and notify us within 24 hours after end of cleaning task and we will either arrange to re-clean or arrange a partial refund.

After the 24 hours period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to get a re-clean or receive a partial refund. We encourage our customers to check the quality of our cleaning task within 24 hours after the job is done.
